WAY are pleased to have entered into a partnership with a not-for-profit company, which provide a confidential 24-hour, 365 days a year that offers all WAY members the following services: 

Counselling SupportCall the fully-trained counsellors and support specialists to discuss any emotional, personal or work-related issues. There's no limit to how many times you can call. You can also receive 6 follow-up telephone counselling sessions.  

Legal Support - Access free legal help, advice and support from one of the UK's largest law firms. Their expert team can handle all types of enquiries, such as consumer and neighbour disputes, property enquiries, personal injury and employment queries. 

Financial SupportIf money pressures are getting to you, get access to expert providers of welfare and debt advice. They have a wide range of services available to you, including one to one casework, tribunal support and representation, access to grant aides and much more. 

There is no limit to the number of calls a member can make to the helpline and anonymity is assured at all times.  All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
