Accessing our Members Hub

Have you logged onto WAY’s new Members Hub yet to make sure you’re making the most of your membership?

Once you’ve changed your password and logged onto the Members Hub for the first time, you can join groups that are relevant to your interests and circumstances, like and comment on other members’ posts, search for events using keywords and filters, and chat to other members who share your interests – all from the new easy-to-navigate home page.

How to login for the first time:

  • Login by clicking the Member Area button in the top right of our web pages
  • You will need to reset your password when you login for the first time by clicking the 'Forgotten username or password' link. (This can be found at the bottom of the login box)
  • Wait for your email and follow the instructions (if you do not receive this please check your junk)

Updating your preferences:

You can update your contact preferences here – deciding when and how often you receive emails and updates. You can also update the notifications you receive about events here
