The theme of International Men’s Day this year is “helping men and boys”. This date in the calendar is an opportunity to highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s well-being.

For International Men’s Day, WAY member and widowed dad Ric Hart recorded a video for us about why it’s so important to reach out for support from others who understand what you’re going through.

Ric is releasing a book next year (2023) to share his journey called 'Growth Through Grief'.
