We’re excited to announce the launch of our new tailored telephone support services, designed to provide WAY members with additional help, when you need it. 

As one of the many benefits of WAY membership, from 1 March, members will have access to tailored telephone support services which  offer free counselling support, legal advice and financial guidance to help you navigate some of the challenges you might face following a bereavement.

Unfortunately, the launch of the Legal and Financial Telephone support line has been slightly delayed. We will bring you an update as soon as we have it.

Counselling Support:

Through our partnership with Professional Help, a team of qualified counsellors are on hand to listen and help WAY members  with any issue affecting your emotional or mental health

As always, WAY members’ privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities. All calls to the tailored telephone support services are treated with the strictest confidence, and anonymity is assured at all times.

Members can access, a telephone support line offering counselling, legal and financial support, a subscription to our members magazine, specific groups to connect with others and helpful resources to help you understand your loss.
