Introducing new legal and financial planning support services for WAY members

WAY is delighted to introduce two new tailored legal advice and financial planning support services that are designed to help our members feel more informed, supported and confident when navigating some of the practical decisions that can follow a bereavement.

WAY members can now access:

• expert legal advice through our new Legal Support Service
• post-bereavement Financial Planning Support Service through our partnership with DSNY Wealth Planning.

The Legal Support Service, provided in partnership with our Legal Panel – Fieldfisher, Private Client Solicitors, Confidere Legal and Cambridge Family Law Practice – offers members free initial legal support across areas including personal injury, clinical and medical negligence, family law, wills and probate, and employment queries.

Through our partnership with DSNY Wealth Planning, WAY members will also have access to a Financial Planning Support Service offering practical financial education, guidance and support, including webinars, articles, guides and live events covering topics such as financial planning, family protection, pensions, estate planning and long-term financial wellbeing.

Together, these services are intended to complement WAY’s existing support by helping members take practical next steps at their own pace, with access to trusted information and specialist guidance when they need it.

These new services replace the previous legal and financial telephone support line with a more tailored model of support. Members can now submit details of their enquiry through a dedicated form, allowing requests to be reviewed and matched with the most relevant expertise, which can be accessed at a time of the member’s choosing in the comfort of their own home.
