About WAY’s Legal Support Service
WAY is delighted to offer a Legal Support Service in partnership with Fieldfisher, Private Client Solicitors, Confidere Legal and Cambridge Family Law Practice, created to provide WAY members with access to practical legal guidance and support following bereavement.
The WAY Legal Panel, which provides bespoke advice for members of our charity, can handle the following types of legal enquiries:
- Personal injury
- Clinical and medical negligence
- Family law
- Wills and probate
- Employment law
Members can submit details of their enquiry through a dedicated form, allowing requests to be reviewed and matched with the most relevant legal expertise.
