This page is for volunteers who are kindly organising and hosting picnics over the Big Picnic Weekend.
Please help us to spread the word about WAY by letting your local media know what is happening. We have some tips for picnic organisers to help with media outreach as well as some template press releases – if this isn’t something you are comfortable doing, perhaps somebody in your local area could help?
Please also use the online Risk Assessment form below to ensure that you have thought through any possible risks for your picnic and ensure measures are in place to keep members as safe as possible.
